By choosing a Days Inn stay, you can Count on Us to protect you and our team at a time when safety and comfort are of paramount importance. As you may be aware, we have introduced additional measures to give you peace of mind during your time with us, whatever the reason for your stay.
On arrival at the hotel, please take a moment to sanitise your hands before entering, using the wall-mounted dispenser. All our reception desks have had protective screens installed and we will be requesting card-only payment types. For your reassurance, your room key will have been sanitised and placed in a sealed envelope ready for your collection.
We have put great thought into ensuring your bedroom is comfortable and gives you the best night's sleep possible. In addition to our normal high levels of cleanliness and attention to detail, we've introduced additional cleaning and sanitisation activities paying particular attention to those surfaces touched most often, using anti-viral disinfectant throughout. As well as your room key, you'll also find other items in your room to be sanitised and sealed, as well as all crockery being machine dishwashed at high temperature ready for your use. You may find that some non-essential, decorative items have been removed, but should you wish them to be back in your room, please just ask at reception.
During your stay, housekeeping is available solely on request as our team will not enter your room once you have checked in to protect them and you. To request an in-stay clean, place the "Ventured Out - Make up my room" sign on the outside of your door handle before 11am. Alternatively you can request towels, pillows or other replacement items from Reception.
When your stay comes to an end, our touchless check out means you can get on your way as swiftly as necessary. Please leave your key in the key box at Reception and we will do the rest!
